Photography Activities
In our Photography for Mindfulness session, we slow down and explore the art of seeing with intention. This isn’t about perfect photos—it’s about pausing long enough to notice the beauty in everyday moments. With your camera or phone in hand, you’ll move gently through a series of guided photo activities that help you reconnect with yourself and the present moment.

Sewing
Sewing is a mindful workshop designed to calm your mind while you craft something beautiful. Settle into a cozy creative space, sip your tea, and let the rhythm of your hands guide you into presence. Whether you’re stitching a simple fabric pouch, a small heart pillow, or a mindful sachet, each piece you make carries intention and care.
Take a breath, pick your project, and let art lead you back to calm. Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes
